Easy Quiche

Wanted to make quiche for the longest but contemplate cos of the pie base. SG weather really not forgiving when doing pie/tart base. So can to my mind of using prata and stuffing some cheese in it to make the base.

I made a normal size one for the kids and some mini ones! The big ones can refer to the video for the instructions, but i personally prefer the smaller cups so that I dont have to cut them up 😂😂 Lazy people problem

These are the mini ones! Definitely so cute and great as party food or serving it on the side.

Easy Quiche
4pc Prata
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 brocolli, small pieces
1 capsicuim, chopped
handful cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1tsp homemade chicken powder
Dash of pepper

Cheddar + mayonaise mix for crust stuffings

1) Thaw prata slightly and spread cheddar and mayo on it. Roll into thin strips x2
2) Brush water around edge of prata and place rolled prata strips around
3) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together
4) Pour in mixture to prata base and bake for 20mins til egg set. Cool slightly before serving

**Mini ones uses 1/4 of prata skin, stretch out
Bakes 180deg x7mins then 160deg x5mins

Salmon Fingers

Been wanting to make this salmon fingers for the kids. Something different from the usual panfry or grilled salmon that we usually have 😋

Simply dip in egg mix and coat with panko. No deepfrying involved, all into my Ninjafoodi! It will works with oven or airfryer as well, just take note that airfryer probably need to lower or shorten the temp or airfrying time and oven need to monitor temp and increase cooking time. Best part of all, you dont need to clean up an oily kitchen. 👏đŸģ👏đŸģ

I serve it with some other sides and beef, drizzle mayonaise over the salmon fingers! Yummy ❤️

Salmon Fingers
Approx 300g salmon, cut into thick strips
1tsp pink salt
Dash of black pepper
1-2tsp lemon juice

Coating:
1 beaten egg + 2tbsp water
Panko crumbs + 2tbsp parsley flakes

1) Wash n pat dry salmon and cut in strips
2) Marinate with above seasoning
3) Coat salmon strips with egg then panko crumbs and place on airfryer basket
4) Brush lightly with oil and bake at 180deg x 10mins
5) Flip, brush oil and bake another 180deg x 5mins

Experimenting egg and put in to bake beside the beef! (Pardon the pic as I put it beside the kids’ bulgogi beef) Gotten a quite cooked hardboiled instead of the soft boiled kind I wan. Probably try again with a lower temp or shorter duration. If you try it, do let me know how it turns out 😍

Airfryer sunnyside up

Been seeing this but never had a chance to try. Tonite having simple ‘claypot rice’ in my thermomix so thought of adding a sunnyside up to go along with my rice ❤️

All you need is a brush to brush the oil, and a small pizza pan. If you dont have, i think a glass bowl that can be bake will do the job too!

As easy as ABCs, tadaaaa~~~ In 7-8mins I get my sunnyside up done. For this setting, I got an almost cooked yolk. So depending on your preference of the doneness, you can adjust the baking time to suit your preference ❤️

Dinner is served! 😋😋

Airfryer sunnyside up
1egg
1tsp oil, to brush on pizza pan

1) Brush oil over pizza pan
2) Crack egg on pan
3) Bake at 180deg for 7-8mins
