Trying to think new food for recess and decided to stifry fry yellow noodles. (actually need to finish up my balance packet lying in the chiller)
Decided to do ecomomic noodles style and add some hotdogs since it was so impromptu. Studied a bit and realised that a bit of water is needed to ‘mix’ the noodles well.
Glad that it turn out well! Kids says its yummy and I had the balance for a late lunch! (cos i forgot to dabao food for myself, thinking that I could sup my youngest balance but he ate 1 packet of chicken rice by himself!)
Stirfry Economic Noodles - Thermomix
200g yellow noodles, rinsed
100ml water
2tbsp sweet sauce
2tbsp dark sauce
1tbsp light soy sauce
1) Saute garlic, 1tbsp oil
3mins, varoma, rv sp
2) Add in ingredients (i used hotdog)
2mins, varoma, rv sp
3) Add seasoning above then toss in noodles. (at abt 2 min, i use mixing spoon to toss a bit to ensure even mixing)

tips: if u used a lot of ingredients, i recommend to pour out ingredients then go to step (3). Add on a 30secs to mix in ingredients with noodles. 😉
