Lately the supermarkets are having loads of promotions and sales! I laid eyes on the frozen abalone as I have never tried braising them before.
I search on web a while then decided to just simply braise them and then add 1 scoop of mala paste for the final touch! Loved buying mala chicken feets but as the price is too expensive for a few feets, I have come to making them myself at home.
I added fish maw, mushroom, frozen abalone and chicken feets. Lightly marinate the chicken feet in the braise sauce the morning before cooking them. Jus add to Ninjafoodi with a 2/3 bowl of water just enough to cover the ingredients and pressure cook for 15mins!
I always use this brand of mala paste. Added then for final step! Yums!! Serve warm with plain rice! Lovely!
