Sharing today a favourite dish that we always order when eating at zi char stall. Tis is a cheat version which require no deep-frying and it is ready with minimum fuss.
I am using this popcorn chix, NTUC brand at $4.95. Then I jus need to make the sauce and then add the chix to it, quick toss and 1 dish is done for dinner.
Sweet & Sour Chix
2Tbsp Maggie Chilli
2Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Lime juice
1/2Cup Water
1 Tomato, diced
1) Fry garlic til fragrant, add in tomato dice. Pour in above mixture and stir well.
2) Once you see the bubbles forming, toss in popcorn chix. Serve warm.
