Using back the same recipe, I baked 4 char siew buns & 2 kaya buns, with a normal loaf. I am using 6x40g and 1x500g for the loaf. With my breadmaker, I really enjoy baking bread more and more. I can dump everything inside, leave it to do its job and when it beeps, it means I can shape my dough on the more 'hardworking days' or alternatively, I can leave it to do all the job and just start checking when the smell occupy my whole house. Hahah~

I can see that very often you made bread and buns for your family. Your are a good mum and your children are so blessed to have you. Kaya buns are one of my favourite buns. You made yours beautifully golden baked.
