1 Spring chicken
2tbsp sesame oil
1tbsp hua tiao
2tbsp oyster sauce
4tbsp dark soy
2tbsp light soy
300ml water
1 thick slice ginger
1 garlic
1-2 spring onion
1. Marinate chicken with above sauces
2. Stuff garlic, ginger and 1-2stalk spring onion inside chix.
3. Put chicken and water into mixing bowl
