Have baked this dish many times but I didnt write it down. Main reason for writing it down so that I can share some ideas in meal prepping for everyone! Most impt, hopefully it will be of help to my girl in future when she needs it!
Very simple and straightforward way and require no skills. Jus need to wash and marinate lightly with some huatiao and pepper, top them up and grill for a 7mins! Well done ππ
Mentaiko cheesy prawns
5 big prawns, clean and cut into halves (do not cut through)
1tbsp huatiao
Dash of black pepper
Toppings:
Cheddar
Mentaiko mayo
Parsley flakes
1) Wash and clean prawns then slit them lengthwise so they can lay flat
2) Marinate with huatiao and black pepper for 30mins
3) Lay prawns flat on airfryer basket and top with cheddar, mentaiko mayo and parsely flakes. Optional: chilli flakes
4) Grill for 7mins, serve warm
