Rainy afternoons probably makes me more tired. Upcoming weighted tests probably makes me not so looking forward when TIME FLIES π
SG system really very packed and stressful for slow learners. Very not conducive and makes parents worry so much for the late bloomers as well. Sigh, honestly does primary educations means so much? Do u use A-maths now if u working in retail? Do u really even use Science? Ok, that aside, probably for those who specialise in that course of field uses it, how about those that venture into other fields. Anyway, just some random ranting...
A simple meal with favourite sunnyside, flavourful gravy over the rice makes a great meal!
All ready in 20mins, including the saute of the ingredients before pressure cooking. And while it pressure cooks, I was frying some sunnyside up! Perfect ~~
Potato, Carrot & Mushroom Sesame Chicken
300g midwings (I took out 4-5 midwings for another meal)
300g drumlets
1Tbsp sesame oil
4-5 cloves garlic
1Tbsp oyster sauce
2Tbsp dark soy sauce
2Tbsp light soy sauce
1Tbsp huatiao
2 cups water
1 carrot, cube
4 small potatoes, cube
3 shitake mushroom, cube
2cups rice : 1 3/4cups water
1) Saute garlic in sesame oil til fragrance
2) Add in chicken and let it brown slightly. Add in potato, carrots and mushrooms. Stir and pour in water, mixing well
3) Add in steam rack and place rice on top.
4) Steam mode x 15mins
5) Once ready, remove rice and set aside.
6) Saute mode hi, bring chicken to boil and check doneness and taste. Serve warm with rice ❤️
