Mixed Berries Wholemeal Bread


Last Friday, I gotten a goodie bag for buying U magazine. I got 2 bottles of mixed berries yogurt drink and since the kids were sick, I decided to use it for my bread. Ha~

I am using the same recipe as it never fails me, especially when I am rushing and lazy to go thru my 'bookmarks'. I replaced the milk with the yogurt drink, pretty much kept to the same recipe. I also added the flaxseed with the hope that it won't turns out funny tasting.

The bread has a light tasted the berries, and it totally cover the Wholemeal and flaxseed taste. I feel the texture is soft and more moist today. I wonder if it's the yogurt. Yummy!!
