Crispy drumlets & midwings

Been wanting to try making ballerina-style drumlets and winglets as kids love eating winglets (halve) and hub loves drumlets in ballerina-style.

Decided to simple marinate them with my usual seasonings adding garlic flakes and 5-spice powder to enhance the flavour of the chicken. I normally marinate in the mornings so that by evening the flavours will be absorbB!

Just briefly coat in the flour, brush with oil and aircrisp them for 10mins then flip and aircrisp another 5 mins and we are done! So crispy and juicy! I love that it doesnt dry up the chicken at all!!

I pair it with sweet peas for the kids and spicy marinate brinjal for us! Yummy! Pls try it! I will share my spicy marinate brinjal recipe in another post cos it is so delicious 😋 Plus the kids are raving about the chicken and coming for more! PERFECT CHICKEN they says. ❤️
