Lemon butter grilled fish

 

Decided to go simple tonite and bake some fish along with ready frozen garlic bread. Almost end of the week, time to take a breather 😌😌


Lightly marinate with pink salt, pepper, parsley and sesame oil and top with lemon slices and cherry tomatoes! I added some mushrooms as I love having grilled mushrooms and we are good to go! Simple yet packed with nutrients ❤️


I wrap in baking paper for even easier cleaning later on. Put them on the bottom and place the garlic bread on the rack on top. Once bread is ready, i remove and place fish packets on top and slightly open them up to further grill for another 5mins for that lightly charred finish 😋😋 Its really just that simple apart from the usual rice we always have for dinner. 


Lemon butter grill fish
3 sutchi fillets, halves
1/2 lemon, thin slices
1 cube butter
1tbsp sesame oil
some pink salt
parsley flakes
black pepper

Tomatoes and mushrooms (optional)

1) Marinate fish with above seasonings, except butter and set aside for 1-2hrs
2) Place fish in baking paper and place tomatoes & mushrooms with it. Put 1/2 cube of butter on top and wrap them up
3) Bake at 180deg or grill for 15mins, check for doneness. Further bake/grill if needed. Serve warm with your preferree sides
