Canned Pork Chop Bee Hoon

Been craving this again. This time round used Pork chop instead of trotter cos the kids and hub prefer leaner meat and less bones. This pork chop is easier to pick up bones! And not as fatty! Love ❤️

Simple steps without much tossing exhausting my arm muscles and no oily stove with my Ninjafoodi on saute mode!  I can also do my housework and slowly add in ingredients and just gently stir them in!

Final touch is adding 1tbsp of homemade chicken powder! Yummy! Serve warm!

Canned Pork Chop Bee Hoon
1 pack beehoon, soaked 5mins

1/3 cabbage, strips
Water, approx 1.5 can of the pork chop

2tbsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp homemade chicken powder

1) (Saute mode: Hi) Saute garlic and onions in sesame oil

3) Add in canned pork chop and the gravy
4) Add in more water, using the can
5) Add dark soy sauce and pepper and stir well
6) Bring to boil
7) Add in beehoon and mix
8) Once starts to simmer, gently keep tossing beehoon to make sure it is well mix
